Beat the winter blahs, recharge, gain flexibility, strength and a sense of inner peace. All members of The Friends of GMPL are invited to this exclusive 6 week yoga series!
Mondays February 22 – March 28
Library’s first floor meeting room –6:00-7:15PM
Lisa Morrison, a certified yoga teacher will be leading us in a gentle yoga class for all levels
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, or beach towel.
